Daniel Sheps was born in 1985 in Brooklyn, New York, and has been employed in financial and business management industry.  After graduating from high school in 2003 he studied business administration in Broward Community College from 2003 to 2005.  During that time period he began his career as a T-Mobile representative where he managed to achieve consistent top producer rankings, placing top five in the region and nation throughout his year and a half of employment.  Once proving himself in a retail infrastructure he sought out to become a financial analyst supporting management operations for Aames Home Loan, a large nationwide financial and lending institution. He began working as a Loan Officer, again achieving top producing rankings in the nation consistently which catapulted his career shortly being promoted to Sales Manager position in the leading retail branch in the nation for over 2 years, again supporting clients financial management operations with consecutive top 5 nationwide rankings.

From 2005 to the present he is the President, CEO and founder of several companies nationwide including Daniel Sheps Inc, and Developments of the New World Inc. Developments of the New World is a business management and consulting firm, providing support to large developers, private investors both domestic and worldwide, primarily in the real property development and business management industry by providing financial and business production management services.  Daniel Sheps has been active in the growth of many companies as a Marketing Director, Real Estate Developer, Real Estate Consulting Director, Finance Management Director, Loan Production Management Director, Business Credit Director, and Business Management Director.  Mr. Sheps function in Developments of the New World is to set a mark in the business and development production industry by facilitating and delivering programs to investors and individuals that provides them with a wide selection of investment choices delivering packages of business credit, capital, and real property funding with immediate cash flow and equity contributions through its exclusive developer and banking relationships.
